Final Submission and Voting Process

Making it to the Journey’s End

Congratulations on reaching the final stage of our challenge! If you have successfully nurtured three plants, that’s an impressive achievement. However, for the final round, you must select just one of these plants to represent your skills and dedication.

Submission Guidelines

Example of Plant Submission by Gregorio
  • Select Your Best Plant: Choose the plant that best showcases your work. Remember, only one plant can be submitted for final voting, so choose wisely.
  • Photo Submission: Capture a high-quality image of your chosen plant. Make sure the photo displays its growth structure and overall health.
  • Sticker Verification Code: Submit the unique sticker verification code and your plant photo. This ensures a match in our system and confirms the authenticity of your entry.

Important Dates

  • Submission Window: April 8th to 10th, 2024. Make sure to submit your entry within these dates. Submissions after April 10th will not be included in the voting process.

Voting Mechanics

  1. Distribution of Voting Links: After all entries are submitted, we will distribute voting links to our fans across various social media platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and others.
  2. Criteria for Voting:
  • Growth Structure: Voters will assess the structural integrity and form of the plant.
  • Appearance: The overall aesthetic appeal of the plant will be judged.
  • Health Maintenance: The plant’s health throughout its growth cycle, focusing on the absence of deficiencies or other issues.

One Vote Per Picture: Each fan votes once for each picture, ensuring a fair and balanced evaluation.

    Announcing the Winner

    • Vote Tallying: We will meticulously tally all the votes after voting.
    • Winner Declaration: The winner will be announced on April 12th, 2024, based on the total votes received, reflecting the community’s choice for the best-grown plant.

We wish all the participants the best of luck and look forward to seeing your green thumbs in action!
