Yes, if we have not shipped the product. If the product is shipped, we do not offer a refund.
You will get a tracking number after you purchase your collectibles. Sometimes it takes longer than expected to arrive due to USPS and how they operate. We have no control after the seeds leave our hands. If, after 3 weeks, the order never makes it and we can verify the package was lost, we will send another pack out for you.
We don’t refund once the order is shipped. Our seeds are collectibles, and you grow at your own risk.
